We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for a high-energy person who enjoys working remotely, running email campaigns, making outbound calls, and building relationships with both new and existing customers.
You'll be responsible for generating new business leads, rebooking past customers, and executing sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Identify and contact businesses to offer Simpalm's services.
Use online tools, databases, and research methods to generate high-quality leads.
Make a minimum of outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.
Follow up on campaign leads to drive sales conversions.
Use CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) to track leads, calls, and conversions.
Provide weekly reports on performance and key metrics.
Requirements Experience: Minimum one year of sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience (preferably in B2B sales).
Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and close sales.
Experience using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and sales tracking software.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools for lead generation and customer outreach.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven in a remote environment.
Availability: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
Base Salary: USD $900 - $1200 per month.
Bonuses & Commissions: Earn based upon the call bookings.
