Descrição da Vaga: Regional Quality Construction – LATAMResponsibilities:
Lead NC analysis, in lessons learned sessions and management reviews;
Liase with Construction Quality Supervisors (CQSs), providing guidance and support;
Support NC Coordinators/Quality Responsibles (QR), safeguarding quality gates;
Drive Quality behaviours and Quality awareness;
Monitor performance of CON suppliers (manpower, tools, equipment, products and services), reporting to Construction (CON) Leaders the noncompliance in Quality requirements;
Conduct, together with the NC investigation team, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), utilizing Quality Tools, such as 4D/8D;
Drive Quality Assurance (compliance to policy, processes and procedures);
Drive QC, as per Test and Inspection Plans;
Lead/facilitate Internal Audits and relevant follow-up sessions;
Track/monitor/analyze PIs and KPIs;
Facilitate the implementation of Procore and Lesson Learned IT tools;
Participate in handovers from Sales to Construction and Construction to Service processes;
Participate, after CON project execution, in Lessons Learned sessions, to improve contract effectiveness.
Qualification:
Engineering degree;
Proficiency in English;
Proficiency in Spanish.
Competencies:
Ability to interact with all the stakeholders;
Self-management skills, once the priorities have been given;
Results driven profile.
