Role DescriptionThe Associate Strategic Resourcer will focus on recruitment delivery to existing & new customers.
You will start your career in recruitment and develop a deep understanding of the recruitment process while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
You'll be working closely with senior consultants to help meet client needs by sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles.
Principle Accountabilities:Candidate Sourcing: Source suitable candidates for open job roles using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases.Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience to match client requirements.Job Matching: Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and relevant insights on their qualifications and experience.Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.Feedback and Follow-Up: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and keep them updated on the hiring process.
Communicate client feedback and help candidates prepare for interviews.Admin Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including managing candidate data, preparing contracts or offers, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system.Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and other team members to ensure recruitment targets are met and clients' needs are effectively addressed.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:Education: A degree or relevant qualification is a bonus but not required.Language Skills: Fluent in English (Spoken and written).Experience: No prior recruitment experience; necessary training will be provided.Software: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
