What You’ll Be Doing
* Partner with internal teams to design and implement learning strategies that drive growth and transformation.
* Lead the end-to-end management of learning initiatives: from discovery and stakeholder alignment to delivery and evaluation.
* Deliver consulting, coaching, and facilitation to global business leaders.
* Support onboarding, talent development, and cultural change efforts.
* Manage cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum experience is a plus).
* Use data to influence decisions and improve impact (qualitative + quantitative).
* Collaborate across international teams and cultures (U.S., Mexico, Spain, Hungary, Argentina, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Consulting.
* Background in project management or program delivery.
* Experience with coaching or facilitation.
* Comfortable working in matrixed, global environments.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset — ability to turn insights into action.
* English level: Advanced/Fluent (C1+) – essential for daily communication.
