Relocation to the Province of Newfoundland & Labrador will be required for this role. This is a permanent on-site position, working a 4x10s Monday to Thursday schedule at our Long Harbour Operations Site.As a Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering improved performance by implementing and optimizing the reliability program. Your experience and skills will assist on-site technical maintenance support, engineering, and screening/scoping as well as aiding with the repair scopes of work and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.Additionally, in this position you will:Provide on-site maintenance engineering technical support following a failure, in order to have assets returned to running condition as soon as possible, with a reduced likelihood of a reoccurrence.Support operations and execution teams to conduct Continuous Improvement Projects related to operating or maintaining assets and improving infrastructure as well as make recommendations for improving the repair cycles on assets.
