**Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information System**s** & Digital** **team in **Brazil**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Service Delivery Specialist Cloud.**
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the optimal functioning of the systems, tools or networks for which he is responsible for
- Implements tools to ensure data consistency
- Performs a permanent inventory and manages the different components
- Monitors and analyzes performance, implements measures likely to improve the quality or productivity
- Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
- Ensure excellent communication and collaboration between Applications and Infrastructures teams
- Documents, promotes and controls his scopeEnsure inventories/MDM are accurate
- Ensure the incident and problem management process are correctly applied
- Ensure documentation is in place for all moves in/to production
- Monitor incidents, organize identification of the root cause, coordinate actions to restore services
- Develop Left Shifting approach with monitoring teams (L1)
- Facilitate and implement automation as possible
- Develops the rules for using the systems, in accordance with the norms and standards of the company
- Ensure that the support model of the service is operational and adapted
- Take corrective/proactive actions whenever required
- Ensure processes, best practices and golden rules alignment and adoption based on guide line
- Proactively drive opportunity for standardization, simplification and improvement of the IT support processes, to increase efficiency within the IT organization to deliver better services.
- Proactively drive legacy management, security vulnerability recovery and DRP testing
**Qualifications**:
- You have strong experience with: Azure Cloud Administration, Windows Server System Administration (2008 R2 and above), Automation templates (Packer and Chocolatey)
- Experience on Infrastructure Maintenance Support in a very diverse IT landscape
- Knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure technologies (Blades, Middleware, Storage, Backup, Network)
- Proven experience in production environments / critical operations
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese are required
