We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to lead our Diesel Engine and Genset business, with a strong focus on the Data Center Market. This role offers the opportunity to drive growth, develop new business partnerships, and shape our expansion strategy in Brazil.
What You’ll Do
* Develop new business opportunities and grow market share in Brazil.
* Lead sales activities for Diesel Engines and Generator Sets, with a focus on Data Centers.
* Create and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
* Define pricing, product positioning, and distribution strategies within the region.
* Identify and onboard new distributors to strengthen our market presence.
* Drive direct marketing efforts and ensure strong brand visibility.
* Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of Diesel Engines, Generator Sets, and the Data Center Market.
Sales & Business Development: Proven experience in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement successful sales and market penetration strategies.
Network Expansion: Experience in distributor/OEM development and establishing sales networks.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
* Experience: 2+ years in Genset sales/marketing, with Data Center Market expertise.
* Language: Advanced in English (written & spoken).
