At Infinix Brasil, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy for the brand in Brazil. Your main responsibilities will be: Develop a 360 social media content strategy and implement it with agency support. Strategize content and campaigns for the main products and brand initiatives. Monitor KPIs and present metrics and analysis for internal stakeholders. Increase followers and drive engagement to accomplish our goals. Keep up to date on social trends and good local opportunities. Bring a local flavor to international content. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agency. Manage the agency relationship to guarantee compliance with the scope and manage adjustments or opportunities for improvement. Anticipate issues, manage them with accountability, provide solutions or escalation management efficiently. Support other marketing initiatives, being open to create, help and work with different teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field 3-5 years of experience as social media, either at agencies or in-house, preferably with at gaming industry Advanced level of English If you are game lover, social and tech-savy, organized, self-motivated, and looking for a new challenge, we want to meet you!
