We’re seeking a customer-centric Local Service Ads (LSA) Specialist to join our team. While familiarity with SEO is a plus, your core expertise should lie in managing Google Local Service Ads (LSAs) and analyzing performance. You’ll set up and optimize LSA campaigns, troubleshoot discrepancies between Google Business Profiles (GBP) and LSA data, and ensure clients meet Google’s requirements. Above all, you’ll build strong client relationships while driving measurable results.

* Optimize LSA Campaigns: Set up, manage, and refine Google Local Service Ads accounts across industries to improve ad rankings, budget efficiency, and lead quality.
* Troubleshoot Verification Hurdles: Diagnose and resolve issues preventing clients from passing Google’s LSA verification (e.g., business documentation mismatches, background check delays, or insurance compliance gaps). Guide clients through corrective steps.
* Call Quality Analysis: Review recorded client calls to ensure leads are relevant and high-quality. Flag issues like mismatched service requests or spam, and refine targeting to attract ideal customers.
* Campaign Performance Audits: Regularly assess LSA campaigns to identify trends (e.g., underperforming geographies, poor ad relevance). Collaborate with client-facing teams to recommend tweaks such as:
* Adjusting bid strategies or budget allocation.
* Refining service categories or keywords.
* Updating business descriptions to align with GBP and client offerings.
* Bridge GBP & LSA Gaps: Identify and resolve inconsistencies between Google Business Profiles and LSA content that hinder performance.
* Client Compliance: Ensure clients meet Google’s eligibility criteria (e.g., business verification, licensing, insurance).
