About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Product Catalog Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalog Management:
o Oversee the creation and update of product catalogs across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Design & Formatting:
o Assist in designing and formatting catalogs for print and digital distribution.
o Provide feedback on design layouts and structure to ensure a cohesive and professional presentation of products.
3. Project Coordination:
o Develop and maintain project timelines for each catalog release.
o Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure timely completion of catalog creation tasks.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Review catalogs for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publication.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with catalog content or design elements.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, project management, or related roles.
* Experience with multi-channel marketing and/or wholesale catalog production is an asset.
