Job Responsibility
* Develop salary, job, and benefits structures tailored to the specific needs of each location.
* Manage job descriptions, ensuring updates and accuracy in position profiles.
* Validate salaries offered in recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with defined salary ranges and levels.
* Conduct benchmarking and salary surveys.
* Develop and implement structured policies for job levels, salary structures, and benefits frameworks.
* Identify and analyze workforce gaps, proposing adjustments and the creation of new positions.
* Design, monitor, and implement career development plans.
* Structure and manage performance evaluation systems such as 360º reviews, 9Box, and MBO, fostering continuous development.
* Develop policies and lead initiatives related to organizational climate, inclusion, and diversity.
* Establish processes and documentation for warnings, suspensions, and terminations, ensuring compliance with legislation and organizational ethics.
* Ensure compliance with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and act as the HR compliance focal point, promoting best practices and an ethical corporate culture.
* Collaborate on ISO 9001 internal audits and lead the Inclusion and Human Rights Committee.
