- Responsible to design, implement and maintain a digital & omnichannel plan to support Brazil´s Go-To-Market roadmap. The role provides strategic digital consultancy to country Brand Leaders, Marketing and Sales Force Teams; working collaboratively to help them define, design, and deploy an effective execution strategy and plans. The primary responsibility of the role is to improve the overall effectiveness of Brazil’s Digital & GtM capabilities; in turn leading to the delivery of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns and ultimately to improved business performance leveraging data and analytics._
- Main responsibilities
- _ Designs Sanofi Genzyme Brazil digital & omnichannel plans in line with global Go-To-Market (GtM) strategy and local capabilities and needs:_
- _ Designs and embeds omnichannel planning strategy/ framework and tools to better understand engage patients, Health Care Professionals and key stakeholders in personalized, integrated customer experiences which leverage the appropriate communication channels._
- _ Implement new Go-To-Market strategies shaping new innovative “Glocal”-ready business models based on omnichannel approaches, re-thinking the role of the sales reps, their interactions with customers, increasing sales force productivity and performance, driving Sales Force Transformation_
- _ Leads the deployment of regional and local digital projects and omnichannel campaign in line with the global digital & omnichannel roadmap, always improving the campaigns through analytics and measuring business impact (KPIs and ROI)._
- _ Works with the Brand Heads and Marketing Team to build and help teams to implement omnichannel strategy and roll-out plan for existing and new products launches_
- _ Monitors and reassesses, when necessary, Brazil´s readiness to go digital and ensure all pre/launch/post plans for Omnichannel programs are in place_
- _ Coordinates & optimizes the adaptation and launch of digital initiatives and support countries with integration of new digital channels_
- _ Provides consulting guidance throughout the project lifecycle to marketing teams on a range of digital marketing topics and activities transforming a Brad Plan into a Customer_
- _ Plan including:_
- _ optimizing channel mix and customer journey._
- _ defining KPIs & success measures._
- _ Pilot _coordination/testing;_ and deployment support_
- _ Supports Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) and remote detailing implementation, adoption and roll out in line with core product strategies together with the Content Manager/Omnichannel BP_
- _ Ensure relevant metrics are in place to monitor success and business impact of omnichannel activities and customer first model_
- _ Drive the data strategy for SPC Brazil, and be the main local point of contact for scaling global/regional data innovation projects (e.g CES, OneCI, CXQ etc..)_
- _ Lead projects related to design, development, maintenance, operation, and automation of reporting systems that assess the performance and ROI of omnichannel activities and Customer first model execution along with Transformation._
- _ Work closely & cross-functionally with Digital and Business Intelligence to innovate and optimize state-of-the-art visualization of large-scale data, metrics and analytics._
- _ Act as trusted advisor and partner to business leads - assisting in the identification of business needs & data opportunities, understanding key drivers of performance, turning data into business value, and guiding of the overall analytics strategy - in relation to omnichannel impact._

- About you
- Experience: BAC+ Solid experience in Marketing and Communication
- Digital Transformation, Analytics and business innovation is a plus
- Post-grad in Marketing is desirable.
- Experience & knowledge: To succeed in this position, it is necessary to have:
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry (Desirable: Specialty care market experience)
