WKO Client Office organization is seeking a highly talented ED to lead the Global Production Oversight team in support of global franchise across line of Businesses.
The team will support Remediation Oversight, Action Plan oversight, Issue Identification and Validation, Exam Management and Audit support.
This Senior KYC Manager will report to the LATAM Head of WKO Client Office.
We are looking for a leader who can forge excellent stakeholder relationship inside and outside the WKO Client Office teams, navigate and influence the teams across the regions, act on a proactive and pre-emptive way to drive the strategy of our production through a multi directional path such as technology initiatives, policy and procedure changes, operational model changes, controls recommendations and accurate and proactive monitoring of the execution of our book of work
**Responsibilities include**, but are not limited to:
- Monitor Inventory of KYC Remediation initiatives to track progress
- Understand root cause and propose strategic solution
- Guarantee consistency across regions
- Lead Global Governance for transparency and consistency
- Agree with proposed Action Plans (timelines and content and stakeholders)
- Guarantee content of agreed Action Plans bring sustainability
- Pre-emptive Control profile to identify potential issues
- Engage corresponding stakeholders (P&P, QC, Technology, GFCC)
- Focus on sustainability of actions to fix and validate (measurable actions)
- Facilitate exam & audit reviews
- Bring visibility to the senior management / key stakeholders
- Develop strong partnership within WKO Client Office and correspondent areas such as Compliance, Global Financial Crimes Controls, Policy and Procedures, Technology, Audit, Oversight and Control Management, etc
- Develop a strong team across all regions (North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM)
**Qualification & skills include**:
- Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Strong Control knowledge
- Strong interpersonal leadership, partnership and influencing skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex policy and operational concepts to both senior management and junior operational staff
- Strong understanding of capital markets products and how they effects AML and KYC considerations
- Ability to engineer and enhance operational processes
- Significant experience in compliance, audit, or management experience, preferably in Corporate and Investment Banking
- BS/BA Degree; MBA or other graduate degree is a plus
