Job Description - Product Analyst Lead for External Identity Team (2406220864W)Program Overview J&J is on a journey to centralize customer and external partner identity for our millions of users consuming services worldwide.
Our goal is to improve user experiences by creating a single universal directory and single sign on experience through a primary ID for each person.Role Description The xIAM Product Analyst will draft and refine stories in the external customer identity backlog, facilitating refinement ceremonies, and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the xIAM Authentication product owner.
In addition to these responsibilities, they will grow xIAM product demand in Latin America (LATAM) and European and Middle East (EMEA) regions by researching country specific use cases.The person in this role will establish relationships with regional business and technology leaders to identify sector and country specific requirements.
They will define xIAM LATAM & EMEA adoption and feature roadmaps and collaborate with other xIAM Product Owners to influence the development of these features into our suite of products.
This person will also act as the key xIAM contact for the regional ISRM Business Information Security Officer (BISO) organization, partnering to improve the xIAM intake process and provide detailed guidance on customer identity related concerns and best practices.As the team in this region grows, the person in this role will be responsible for delivering POC and "Art of the possible" implementations based on local requirements.
A successful candidate for this role would be an experienced Product Analyst, confident with managing a backlog and running agile ceremonies.
A preferred candidate would have a background in Security and / or Identity, as well as experience with JIRA and Confluence.Responsibilities: Manage external authentication backlog via creation, refinement, and sizing of stories and related acceptance criteria.Partner with xIAM Product Owners to review features, application requests, and platform design to influence our product backlog.Relationship management across EMEA and LATAM business technology leaders, defining adoption and feature roadmap timelines to drive xIAM use in region.Facilitate Agile refinement ceremonies and act as backup for Scrum Master as needed.Partner across ISRM to define and influence security standards, application details, and intake flow process changes to represent the identity challenges of the region better.Screen Product Analysts when growing our teams with contracted partners.Perform demos to partners of new Okta features or xIAM developed custom features.Continue to train on the Okta platform to expand product knowledge.Qualifications A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Business or Product AnalystDemonstrated ability in Product Management or requirements gatheringDemonstrable experience drafting and refining agile stories and acceptance criteria in the Gherkin format (GIVEN, WHEN, THEN)Experience managing a product backlog in JIRA or similar toolExperience partnering with enterprise leaders and representativesHands on experience defining and implementing product roadmapsStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with a distributed teamStrong problem-solving skillsFluent/Very Proficient in EnglishPreferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Project experience with Okta or other customer identity solutions (Azure B2C, Forgerock, Auth0, etc)Basic knowledge of IAM principles, protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, LDAP), and security standard processesConceptual understanding of API integrations and API frameworksExperience designing and maintaining Software Development Lifecycle documentationAbility to communicate technical knowledge to non-technical partnersExcellent organisation and time management experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
