You’ll be responsible for supporting our São Paulo Office. With minimal oversight, you’ll help drive administrative functions and make things happen!ResponsibilitiesBe instrumental in supporting admin and office operations in São Paulo and providing an excellent experience for team members and visitorsWork independently and interdependently with our global office & facilities team on shifting prioritiesManage facilities contracts like office maintenance, cleaning, and othersManage office events including client or executive visits and happy hoursCoordinate tasks related to planning and executing new hire onboarding e.g. setting up new desks, sending out welcome giftsManage the logistics for new office setups and team movesOversee office visitors, including updating our delivery and visitor intake information systemsTrack and resolve work orders and facilities requestsFoster our project teams’ success by offering support as neededSubmit expense reports and requisitions as needed related to purchases for the officeCoordinate with building ownership and contractors when needed to resolve any facilities related issuesQualifications4+ years of administrative or office operations experienceProactive, helpful, can-do attitude. You get a kick out of taking care of things the right way the first time.Organized with great time management skills and an ability to quickly adjust with ever-changing prioritiesIndependent and creative thinker who can get things doneGreat communicator and writerExceptional organizational skills.
