As a System Automation and World Wide Automated Operation Products (WWAO) Developer, your role focuses on maintaining and supporting the IBM CIO Z environment.Your role and responsibilitiesWork with the team on issues and tickets related to WWAO and SA participating on shifts to guarantee 24x7 support.Work on integration of System Automation with other IBM tools such as Service Management Unite and Omegamon.Collaborate with other teams in order to provide input from an automation perspective acting as an automation architect.Perform installs, upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting for SA and related tools.This will be a challenging, but rewarding and influential role in the future of IBM’s capabilities in this area.
