Rotation Schedule: 12x7 offshore with periodic breaks
We are seeking talented Offshore IT Support Engineers to join our client’s team, an industry leader in the energy sector. You will play a key role in supporting cutting-edge technology and infrastructure on offshore rigs, contributing to large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of service.
What You’ll Do:
* Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for offshore teams and business stakeholders for all IT-related tasks and queries.
* Coordinate IT functions and represent the IT department on-site during regular meetings.
* Lead and execute IT-related work to completion, ensuring all technical requests are followed through and resolved.
* Manage and maintain End-User Computing (EUC), AV equipment, and enterprise-level IT systems on-site.
* Plan and align additional IT resources when necessary, ensuring continuous smooth operation of IT systems.
* Work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Requirements
Required Technical Skills:
* Hands-on experience with EUC, AV, and Enterprise IT systems.
* Strong background in network design and administration.
* PC repair and imaging expertise.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (minimum C1 level).
* IT certifications in EUC, AV, or relevant enterprise technologies.
