Main responsibilities
* Managing E&C accounts, prospecting business opportunities for all Schneider divisions (products and solutions) in the whole country.
* Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
* Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
* Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
* Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Main activities
* Account management / plan.
* Promote the whole Schneider portfolio & engage all business units in the different customer opportunities.
* Commercial and strategic alignment with segment/commercial leader.
* Define target prices & commercial negotiation.
* Customer visits.
* Risk identification.
* CRM tool management including pipeline management.
* Interface with back office (Tendering, Application, Execution, Legal, Risk, and Finance).
* Visualize and understand sustainability applications of Schneider solutions covering this topic.
Minimum requirements
* Graduation in Electrical Engineering.
* Large sales activities experience with focus on E&C customers and the entire ecosystem.
* Having a clear overview knowledge about Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream.
* Technical knowledge in Software, Electrical Distribution, and Automation products and solutions.
* Digital and disruptive profile.
* Experience in CRM tool management.
* Advanced in English (desirable Spanish).
City to be based: São Paulo-SP or Rio de Janeiro-RJ
