Main ActivitiesIdentifying and implementing best security practices, and ensuring that these practices are shared with all facilitiesConducting investigations into workplace accidents and near-miss incidents, sharing the actions taken with all agro facilities, and following up on those actionsEnsuring that all personnel receive the health and safety training specified in the HSEAssisting in the planning and implementation of safety and health programs and promotional activities (inspections, campaigns, and competitions)Maintaining the incident reporting and investigation system.
Evaluating and analyzing risks specified in Occupational Health and SafetyUpdating safety and health documentation and following up on safety committee and working group recommendationsHelping to define and identify all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed to protect employees from accidents, considering employee and workplace hygiene, including helmets, glasses, shoes, gloves, clothing, etc.Conducting field monitoring at Banvit/BRF facilities and visiting all regions (Bandirma, Izmir, Elazig) for site visitsCreating Capex project plans, preparing PDCA reports, and presenting them to upper managementSharing best practices and accident actions across all regions and following up on those actionsRequirementsBachelor's degree and HSE professional competenceA/B Occupational Safety CertificateGood level of English proficiencyExperience in food production is an advantageNEBOSH certification is an advantageKnowledge and SkillsProficient in MS Office applicationsFlexibility in working hoursPDCA problem-solving and conflict managementIndependent, skilled, and a good team playerAbility to work with different cultures and nationalitiesPossesses leadership skills
