We are looking for System Analyst to join our team.
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to IT Manager Brazil, you will be responsible for the IT tools that support the manufacturing and planning processes in all factories in the country and work in close contact with Regional/Headquarters organizations

Roles and responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of the industrial area and select/specify appropriate tools
- Responsible for the level of IT coverage of business processes exploring the best of current solutions for the entire country
- Responsible for analyzing and specifying the necessary changes (new business or technological requirements) and ensuring the expected results
- Interacts with peers at local and regional level to propose solutions and promote the adoption of good practices
- Responsible for managing the software lifecycle (request, specification, development, testing, go-live and maintenance) for all solutions under his responsibility
- Act as Project Manager for small to medium-sized projects
- Monitor incidents and demands from the industrial area
- Be the IT benchmark for end users, key users, process owners and business leaders
- Work as a consultant and mentor for users driving improvements in business processes
- Work on local or cross-country project teams interacting with other colleagues, consultants, and vendors to complete project tasks.
- Interacts with Operations and IT Infrastructure to ensure systems availability and compliance with company standards.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person with the following skills and motivations:
- Business process modeling and system document techniques
- General knowledge about project and resource management
- At least 3 years of experience in systems implementation in the manufacturing area
- Solid experience in MES system (manufacturing execution system) and MRP process (material requirements planning)
- Desirable knowledge in SAP or another ERP
- Ability to build a strong relationship with the business area, creating respect and trust
- Vision of the future and strategic planning
- Good written and oral communication skills
