Position Overview Sports Info Solutions (SIS) is looking for a new team member to fill a Full-Time position in our IT department as an IT Analyst. The ideal candidate is a self-starting and flexible individual, willing to be both hands-on, innovative, and interested in advancing a career within a growing company. The IT Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the administration of a proprietary dataset composed of cutting-edge sports data stored in a hybrid cloud environment. Their work will have a wide-reaching impact, as this position requires constant communication both within and outside the department as we strive to improve the experience for our internal and external end users. This is considered a hybrid position and will require in office times. What you’ll do as an IT Analyst on the team at SIS: Includes (but is not limited to): Manage HyperV infrastructure, including deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Implement and manage advanced Active Directory and Group Policy configurations. Utilize Microsoft Entra for identity and access management. Oversee SAN (Storage Area Network) and array management. Configure and manage network devices, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs, ensuring high availability and performance. Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto NextGeneration Firewalls (NGFW). Qualifications If you possess the following, you are well on your way to making an impact at SIS: 3-5 years of experience with networking/systems administration. Experience with traditional server clusters. Proficiency in HyperV configuration and management. Expertise in Windows Server 2019 or newer versions. Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. Deep understanding of Palo Alto NGFW. Hands-on experience with switch configurations. Strong knowledge of VLSM/Subnetting.
