In NIQ's Innovation Practice, you can.Job DescriptionAs Market Research Coordinator, you will be a consultant and trusted advisor to NIQ clients on their initiatives and across their portfolio, supporting the region in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through service excellence to meet client expectations and quality deliverables.
The Client Service Manager supports Account Development teams by implementing the right analytic strategy for clients and developing and delivering outstanding analytics, driving capacity planning activities to ensure work is done efficiently and on time.ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with internal teams and clients to understand client's business priorities and opportunities for engagement, executing against an analytic strategy that is aligned with client expectations.Responsible for reports presented to clients, serving as mid reviewer, delivering consultative and big-picture insights to drive innovation success, and consulting on special projects to provide extra value to clients.Acts as the "expert on call" for clients, resolving issues and driving technical dialogue, driving expertise of services, tools and metrics in the Account Development and Analytic organizations.Helps troubleshoot analytics/quality and other misc.
issues throughout project life cycle, leveraging Analytical Excellence and Strategic Consulting to drive client relationships.May occasionally consult with Specialties team and provide sign-off on less complex deliverables.Directly manages analysis, providing performance coaching, reviewing work, collecting and providing feedback on a study-by-study basis.Identify development areas for project team, looking for opportunities to stretch and grow junior talent, monitoring influx of project work and manages across the team to ensure work is distributed efficiently.Takes on opportunities to contribute to the broader organization through task forces and special projects.Develops and maintains client standards: deliverables, terminology, questionnaire standards, study designs, etc.
