**Key** Responsibilities**- Build and sustain strong customer relationships by fostering trust through transparent and interactive communication.- Assist customers in obtaining requested services by effectively coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.- Administer car notifications to users, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and policies.- Request and review necessary documentation for the processing of A/M (such as ID cards, power of attorney, company registration extracts, etc.
), ensuring that all materials are accurate and complete.- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of annual powers of attorney submitted by customers for easy access and reference.
**Who we are looking for**- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.- Experience in handling legal or regulatory documents (such as power of attorney, or company registration extracts).- Experience working with Revenue Services Portals will be considered a plus.- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Georgian and English, proficiency in any other language will be considered a plus.
