The Salesforce Systems Associate is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This role plays a key part in supporting the efficiency of the RevOps team by ensuring Salesforce operates effectively to meet business needs. The Salesforce Systems Associate will contribute to user support, system updates, data integrity, and reporting to enhance the productivity of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities:
* User Management: Assist in managing Salesforce users, including creating accounts, setting permissions, and troubleshooting access issues
* System Configuration: Support the customization of Salesforce, including page layouts, fields, workflows, and validation rules under the guidance of the Salesforce Systems Lead
* Data Integrity: Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleanup activities to maintain the accuracy and consistency of CRM data
* Reporting and Dashboards: Help create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
* User Training and Support: Provide frontline support for Salesforce users by resolving issues and offering training on system best practices
* System Updates: Assist with the implementation of Salesforce updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to users
* Integration Support: Collaborate with the RevOps team to maintain integrations between Salesforce and other tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms, analytics tools)
* Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and training materials
* Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
* Compliance: Ensure Salesforce practices adhere to data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Requirements:
* Experience: 0-2 years in a Salesforce administration or similar role. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus
* Skills: Basic knowledge of Salesforce functionality, including user management, data maintenance, and reporting
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
* Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about using technology to improve business processes
* Work Eligibility: Legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located
Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
