Inbenta is a global technology company headquartered in Allen, Texas with offices and team members around the world. The current position is for the Brazil office. We develop an Automatic Language Processing (or Natural Language Processing – NLP) engine, which provides answers to human intentions formulated in natural language. Based on our proprietary and patented technology, Inbenta builds a set of conversational solutions for businesses such as chatbots, knowledge management tools, digital demos, and search engines. Our customers include many global blue-chip companies in Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Services, Retail, Transportation, and other sectors.
What are we looking for?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of multiple concurrent projects across a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our Client Services, Professional Services Development, and Customer Success teams to provide strategically aligned and practical solutions to client problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Project Delivery: Be accountable for the successful delivery of all client projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Lead the requirements analysis and high-level solution design for customer setups and integrations. Provide solutions and project designs based on the client's needs and the best fit solution from Inbenta Product’s suite.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise to identify and translate customer business requirements into product configurations.
Documentation and Project Management: Create and maintain project documentation, including tickets, project tracking, timelines, and project status documentation. Develop and maintain priority lists for delivery tasks and work with the Professional Services Delivery Teams to ensure the successful completion of these tasks.
Communication and Collaboration: Function as the primary point of communication between the delivery team, clients, and internal stakeholders. Monitor the setup progress and manage all communication between clients and the development team.
Onboarding and Training: Onboard new customers on Inbenta technology to set them up for success. Explain how the technology can be leveraged to meet their specific business requirements.
Process Champion: Act as a champion of process within the organization, ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the team.
Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and guiding teams towards project success. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including the implementation and development teams.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain and enhance skills and knowledge to remain updated on the latest technology advancements, and Inbenta product enhancements, features, and functionalities.
Be Adaptable: Perform other job functions and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Technical skills include internet technologies, standards and protocols. Specific knowledge around HTTP(s), Web application architecture and design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Restful APIs.
Strong organizational skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to dealing with issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. You thrive in a constantly evolving organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to learn quickly and self-start.
Positive attitude.
Ability to execute flawlessly with little ongoing supervision.
Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or Wrike a plus).
5+ years of experience in technical project management.
University degree in a relevant area – Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical degree.
