Role Overview:
The Team Lead for the Procure to Pay service delivery team will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations related to invoice processing, query management, payment processing, and other P2P services. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge in P2P processes (particularly invoice processing, ideally within Oracle Cloud), and the ability to build and maintain relationships with our Brazil-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of P2P service delivery professionals, ensuring high performance and consistent achievement of service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee the end-to-end invoice processing cycle, including validation, approval, and posting, with good knowledge of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud
• Manage customer queries and provide timely and effective resolutions.
• Oversee payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Service level agreement (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, promoting best practices in service delivery and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Brazil-based customers, acting as the main point of contact for P2P-related inquiries.
• Conduct team performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Procure to Pay service delivery, with a strong focus on invoice processing (preferably in Oracle Cloud).
• Proven experience in leading a small team, with strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing operational challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience in working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud migration will be added advantage.
