Job Purpose and Impact
The Data Analytics Consultant will be a member of the Cargill Global Data Function’s Analytics Excellence team and lead collaboration, education, and adaption activities to empower data consumers to maximize the value of data while promoting data governance and data quality best practices to ensure data quality, security and data and analytics compliance. In this role, you will advance data consumption maturity, support digital, data and analytics knowledge management and design and implement practices to mature data and analytics capabilities across Cargill. You will remain current with relevant analytics tools, methodologies, trends, digital technologies and provide recommendations for usage and adoption. Key Accountabilities
Provide oversight and support for ongoing activities in the field and foster a data-driven culture by enhancing digital and data literacy and analytics skills across the organization.
Coach users to access, consume and analyze data using a variety of tools and provide training and support to empower Cargill data users to maximize the value of data, including the delivery of coaching, advising and group training sessions to learners at various skill levels.
Drive continuous improvement within the business intelligence platform, address data quality root causes, encourage end users to self-serve, analyze business requests and implement the changes.
Promote analytics usage and digital and data skills across Cargill and encourage visibility and reusability of data and analytics solutions and support global data challenges and persona-based learning programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related challenges and value opportunities and develop, support, or enable solutions that improve decision-making and drive efficiency and innovation, mentor, and coach analysts team members to advance the team's capabilities.
Create documentation, training materials and media content to support digital and data literacy initiatives including measure, track and assess the progress of digital and data literacy initiatives and data maturity.
You will work under mínimal supervision and independently handle complex issues while referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

MINIMUM QUALFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Previous years of related work experience
Advanced English skill is required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of self-service analytics tools including one or more of the following (Power BI, Tableau and KNIME)
Proven experience connecting data to realized business value opportunities
Data Analysis experience and working knowledge of SQL
Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven coaching and mentoring skills
Problem-solving skills and experience identifying process improvements
Proficiency in Data Governance and Data Quality Management
Certification in programming language and or business intelligence tools
Experience supporting digital and data learning programs
Python experience a plus
Experience working with Microsoft Power Automate a plus
Experience working with Camtasia video editing software a plus
