The position will have a hybrid work model (3x2) and will be based in São Paulo - SP.About the role:The Brand Manager will work closely with the brand and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand creative, messaging and implementation across various channels inclusive of TV, radio, print, social, digital and OOH.You will be resonsible for:• Be responsible for the brand management of a newly released gaming brand in Brazil• Contribute to brand management strategy including the development and maintenance of brand books and design brand guidelines• Work closely with internal stakeholders and Head of Brand & Creative to ensure quality, effective creative/content and consistency across the marketing channel mix• Work with research and BI teams to gain deeper insight in to the brand and its users and share this knowledge to improve business outcomes• Track performance of brand health and ongoing campaigns• Support local marketing teams on the development of creative briefs, agency selection, creative development, production and execution• Lead the development and refinement of the brand messages and creative designs in order to attract potential players and retain them• Work closely with sports marketing to help leverage our partnerships• Continue to build on the success of our brand with featured content, engaging design and proactively monitoring market trends working closely and in collaboration with product teams• Stay up to date with competitor movement and market trendsWhat you will do:• Report to the Head of Brand & Creative• Be a brand ambassador and customer champion by demonstrating passion for our brand and its players.• Translate brand ideas in to go-to market strategies• Be the players’ voice in the business, and communicate our strategy and objectives• Conduct market research to ensure we continue to offer an exciting and engaging experience for our customers and help us make smarter, more informed decisions• Keep up with and understand industry best practices and emerging strategies that will keep the brand marketing up to date and ensure the business a competitive edge in brand awareness, consumer acquisition, and retention.
