This position reports to the Translational Science Manager and is based at São José dos Campos.

Role reports to: R&D Translational Science Manager
What you will do
The Scientist I, R&D Consumer Science is responsible for R&D market research operations for quantitative or qualitative methodologies, in partnership with external vendors or at our internal facilities, for our iconic brands - including Neutrogena, Tylenol, Listerine, and Johnson’s.
Key Responsibilities
1. Run the operations for internal or external quantitative or qualitative R&D market research, under GCP principles.
2. Coordinate participant inclusion process, from selection, consent to study incentives.
3. Develop schedules and plan stages for studies.
4. Prepare research materials, such as protocols, informed consent documents, and reports.
5. Plan and prepare questionnaires/interview guides for quantitative or qualitative research.
6. Register all research activities and route for approvals in our internal data system.
7. Acquire, analyze, interpret, and coordinate data systematically.
8. Monitor ongoing projects, providing operational support to the activity manager.
9. AE/PQC monitoring within the study execution.
10. Present findings and recommendations.
11. Manage and qualify supplier contracts.
12. Contribute to the development and improvement of protocols, test methods, and standard operating procedures.
13. Ensure the execution of internal and external processes within the company's quality standards.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Science, Health, and Social Science areas or its correlates.
2. Advanced English.
3. Excellent communication skills for direct public contact.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Desired Qualifications
1. Previous experience with qualitative or quantitative market research.
2. Knowledge of statistical analysis.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with GCP principles for human studies.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and possess interpersonal skills.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
7. Data science savviness.
