Join us in shaping our future – and yours.What you will doThe Clinical Strategy team is responsible for leading the development of the clinical plan behind our innovative projects that support our scientific communications and claims, translating the science behind our products for consumers and healthcare professionals. You will design clinical protocols to support safety and efficacy communications for regional and/or global Sun Care projects. Our innovation is published in peer-reviewed journals and protected by global patents. This position will make important contributions to our scientific roadmap development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of clinical plans in alignment with business strategy, budget available and timeline to meet desired safety and efficacy endpoints and/or substantiate aligned claims and scientific communications.Act in collaboration with cross-functional teams (mainly Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Science and Medical Affairs) to build the claims support strategy which includes designing clinical protocols, developing technical justification letters, literature review, interpreting study data, and contributing to alignment on language for product benefits communication.Design the clinical study synopsis aligned with Clinical Operations and provide oversight/accountability for clinical studies.Work in close partnership with the Clinical Operations team to ensure that all clinical trials are conducted in compliance with the study protocol and all contractual agreements to ensure subject safety, data quality and accurate study timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.Analyze data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.Co-develop roadmaps for scientific communication at regional and global Congress and peer-reviewed journals.Lead and manage research projects independently, developing new techniques under minimal supervision.This is not an extensive, comprehensive listing of job functions. Other activities may be assigned.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Biological, Chemical or Physical fields, or a Bachelor's degree in another area with experience in R&D (directly or indirectly).Experience in Cosmetics R&D, with (highly desired) experience in Clinical Research, Product Development or Medical Affairs.Advanced English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading): ability to independently conduct meetings with global peers, adequate communication in writing (emails, documents, dossiers and scientific writing).Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Desired QualificationsMaster's Degree or PhD in a relevant scientific field.Experience in the Sun Care category within the roles: Product Development, Clinical Research, Medical Affairs and/or Consumer Science with solid knowledge on Sun Care SPF efficacy testing (ISO 24444, Colipa 2005, FDA SPF, etc).Demonstrated track record of successful project management.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong influencing skills to collaborate effectively with others.What’s in it for youPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Short Fridays & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.*Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
