Job Responsibilities:Requirement gathering, analyzing, and updating, including discussions with onsite counterparts and clients to develop and finalize the requirements.System-level requirement writing and finalizing technical profiles requirements.Analyzing input documents, high-level feature boundary diagrams, determining subfunction decomposition, and confirming compatibility with the application.Providing help/support for overall model development and process improvement.Optimizing and debugging, with strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.Developing tools/scripts to improve overall productivity and process automation.Practicing coding guidelines, processes, and standards.Reviewing contents/artifacts for peer teammates.Conducting/attending daily stand-up/status calls with customers.Improving/supporting to enhance the quality of project artifacts.Requirements:B.E. or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science with 5+ years of experience in the automotive domain.Experience in system-level requirement writing.Strong knowledge of systems engineering, engine, powertrain domain, control systems, and performance control.Knowledge of requirement specification.Knowledge of engines and emission systems.Experience working in software/system development processes and methodologies in regulated industry areas (e.g., Waterfall, Scrum, Agile, etc.).Experience in model-based development.Exposure to MATLAB/SIMULINK tools.Knowledge of model-based design/auto code generation.Analytical ability and strong debugging skills.Basic knowledge of M scripting.Experience in the automotive domain is preferred.Hands-on experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK tool usage.Experience in CAN, SPI, UART, or I2C protocol and CAN-related tools.Hands-on experience with PTC Integrity Tool or equivalent.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-driven and adaptive personality, performing as both project leader and individual contributor as the situation dictates.Good verbal and written communication skills.Program design skills and coding best practices.Essential Skills / Competencies:Model Based DevelopmentPreferred Skills / Competencies:MatlabCANSPIUARTRCAM SCRIPTINGSIMULINK
