Senior r&d engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer II to join our Fluids products business unit. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge software products and supporting systems that meet the needs of our customers. Your expertise in software development, numerical analysis, and scripting languages will enable you to make significant contributions to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Performing moderately complex development activities, such as design, implementation, maintenance, testing, and documentation of software modules and sub-systems
* Collaborating with a team of expert professionals to understand customer requirements and achieve development objectives
* Developing solutions to problems discovered by QA or product support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 2 years' experience
- Master's Degree with no experience required
- Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
- Knowledge of numerical analysis, scripting languages, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with software development methodologies and teamwork
