**Atividades**: Suporte aos usuários (1º e 2º nível), participar de "conference calls" com equipes multifuncionais dos Estados Unidos, organizar os arquivos da área, preparar os processos de aquisição e pagamentos de fornecedores, organizar e prover treinamentos para os usuários, receber e atender os chamados de suporte.
User support (1st and 2nd Level) Configure new equipment for new hires; Verification of invoices and filling out
forms to prepare payments to IT Suppliers; Infrastructure / systems information management for better
governance; Receiving and forwarding user support calls and incident cases.

**QualificaÃ-ões**:
**Formação Acadêmica**: Cursando Sistemas da Informação, Ciências da Computação, gerenciamento de redes e afins.
Graduated in information systems or similar; Communication in English at an intermediate level; basic level
Spanish communication; knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Linux environment; relational database; SQL; Ability to
conduct training and describe procedures;
