What will you do?
* Lead and maintain detailed and comprehensive records of all inventive ideas, designs, and engineering changes.
* Propose test plans for design change validations.
* Manage complex BOM updates.
* Lead RCA to determine that products perform in the intended manner per the proper certification standard (UL / NOM / IEC, etc).
* Lead design improvement and cost reduction projects.
What will you need to succeed?
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical or related fields.
* Experience with NX, CREO, Solidworks.
* At least 6 months of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau is desirable.
* Strong influence, initiative, and decision-making skills.
