To continue to unleash full R&D potential, we will become even more strategic and forward-thinking by embracing a future-oriented (anticipating the forces shaping consumer needs and the Portfolio of the Future), digital-first, and optimized approach.This role is responsible for the Technical Stage Gate Governance and Portfolio Management for Innovation, Technical Brand Stewardship and Productivity projects for Latin America Foods. It will work within Global R&D to ensure proper portfolio management, implementing best practices for prioritization, tracking NR, Volume and NOPBT Metrics, and leading & tracking resource allocation and total project costs. Coordinate and centralize R&D Annual Operational Plan and SDD as well as lead the R&D Digital Solutions initiatives under this scope.Your Impact:Lead Technical Stage Gate governance, coordinating meetings, documents and timelines.Keep updated Calendars for Innovation, TBS and Productivity as well as Business Results / Status Information.Work with Project Leaders and R&D Disciplines to ensure TSG documents Compliance for all project types.Execute and comply with the requirements of Global TSG guidelines.Participate and support in project meetings of the functional team (kick-offs, team meetings and queries in general).Ensure LatAm TSG process harmonization in partnership with Global and Sector LAB.Provide support to the implementation and tracking of risk analysis and mitigation plans.Foster simplification and agile methodologies in the ways of working, especially with Digital Transformation solutions for Continuous improvement in OpEx and R&D in general.Support the execution of Portfolio Management and its tracking vs plan for all Project Types.Manage workflows in the systems, mainly MyInnovation, FTE calculator, Project and Power BI.Support operational training related to its accountabilities.Ensure the confidentiality of R&D information and PepsiCo strategy.Support R&D Manager in data management and area organization.Build, update and maintain program progress documents (scorecard and reports) with real-time status.Support R&D capability building and ecosystem agenda as well as AOP Submission.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science or related discipline.Background in development and commercialization of new products strongly desired.Proven track record on Project Management skills & tools (MBA or PMP certification desired), including ability to succinctly define the project scope, work to a defined timeline and communicate project progress.Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with minimum need of supervision.Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team in a virtual and matrixed organization.Exceptional Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Desirable deep understanding on digital tools as PowerBi, Tableau, Power-Apps, automation tools as VBA, Power Query, Python would be a significant advantage.Strong technical and analytical skills to interpret complex data and distill into meaningful data/information.Great communication skills in multiple languages (English, Spanish and Portuguese), being able to positively influence and negotiate within all levels of the R&D organization as well as Business Partners.Highly effective presentation skills, both written & verbal.Agile mindset, self-starter, self-motivated, demonstrate resilience while managing a multi-disciplinary team in a constant volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment.Demonstrate through leadership, strategic thinking, agility, proactiveness and good / balanced emotional intelligence.Results-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and able to multi-task, while delivering with high quality standards and attention to detail.Demonstrate executive professional maturity, cultural sensitivity and flexibility in responding to different cultures across Andean, Brazil & SoCo, CARICAM and Mexico OUs.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.Development programs according to Leadership skills.Specialized training according to the role.Learning experiences with internal and external providers.Recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life.Benefits for your family including our Wellness Line, Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
