In this position you will be responsible for:
The Global Growth & Revenue Director will be responsible for driving Rentcar's global growth and revenue strategies, focusing on increasing booking volumes, improving conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable margins. This role requires expertise in online or digital companies, with a preference for experience in marketplaces and B2C industries. This pivotal role involves developing and executing a central role in developing initiatives that integrate commercial strategies, pricing, investment optimization, and digital innovation, ensuring competitiveness across global and regional markets.
With a data-driven approach, Rentcars' Global Growth & Revenue Director will design and execute strategies tailored to local dynamics, promoting operational efficiency and an enhanced customer experience. Collaboration with departments across the company will focus on sharing actionable, data-driven insights to enhance direct channels' effectiveness and build stronger commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy and International Expansion: Developing and implementing global growth strategies will be a key focus that align booking volume increases, financial sustainability, and international expansion. This includes creating tailored plans for target markets, focusing on understanding the cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics of each region.
2. Digital Strength and SEO: The Global Growth & Revenue Director will oversee the company’s digital initiatives, with a focus on advanced SEO strategies to ensure high visibility on search engines and attract qualified traffic. This includes continuous content optimization, strategic keyword monitoring, and designing landing pages to maximize conversions.
3. Collaboration with Strategic Partnerships: In collaboration with other strategic areas, the Global Growth & Revenue Director will provide data-driven insights and detailed analyses to guide actions that enhance the performance of distribution channels and strengthen commercial partnerships. Additionally, there will be a strategic focus on influencer marketing and partnerships to expand reach and build brand trust in key markets.
4. Margin Maximization and Investment Optimization: Efforts will focus on maximizing margins and ensuring efficient marketing and sales investments. Continuous monitoring of metrics such as CAC, ROI, and LTV will guide strategic adjustments to allocate resources effectively.
5. Innovation and Advanced Technology: A core responsibility will involve spearheading advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics to scale operations and anticipate market trends.
6. Customer Engagement and Experience Optimization: Develop strategies based on data to strengthen customer relationships, increase engagement, and maximize customer experience value.
7. Performance Marketing and Visibility: Establish strategies to attract qualified traffic, increase visibility, and convert visitors into buyers.
What we expect from you (experience and hard skills):
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are highly desirable. An MBA or master’s degree is a strategic advantage.
* Proven experience in leading growth and revenue strategies, particularly within online or digital companies, ideally marketplaces and B2C environments.
* Deep knowledge of international market expansion and growth dynamics, especially within online business models.
* A strong track record of managing large budgets and delivering significant financial results.
* Proficiency in designing and optimizing pricing strategies to balance competitiveness and profitability.
* Expertise in constructing dynamic sales funnels that cater to varying market needs and customer behaviors.
* Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
* Strong command of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and metasearch.
* Proficiency in data analytics to monitor and refine performance metrics.
* Experience with cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation.
* Ability to lead global teams, fostering innovation and high performance.
* Skill in integrating data, creativity, and strategic execution into growth initiatives.
