Responsibilities:
* The ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety System) Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the safety of personnel working under his supervision and to ensure that work is planned and executed in accordance with company policies for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental protection.
* Participate in definition of project system/sub-system structure.
* Participate in defining ICSS scope of work for refurbishment, conversion and topsides.
* Prepare system sub system and boundary markup drawing for ICSS system
* Prepare system documentation and procedures for commissioning scope in line with system responsibility matrix.
* Closure and handover of Pre-commissioning and commissioning completion’s execution scope in line with system responsibility matrix.
* Closure and acceptance of system punch list post hand-over in line with system responsibility matrix.
* Package Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) - documents review and verification of ‘punch’ items against received equipment.
* Verify and record module main scope contractors Pre-Commissioning activities (like control system, Hot/Cold loop and ICSS system checking)
* Coordinate with ICSS vendor to complete all related ICSS system commissioning
* Coordinate with ICSS commissioning/ Instrument Technician to complete the ICSS commissioning Task
Requirements:
* An Engineering degree or equivalent from a good university is mandatory
* Familiar with ICSS control system for large complex capital FPSO projects. / Worked as ICSS Commissioning Engineer in Minimum two FPSO projects
* Familiar Control system requirements for major Oil & Gas industry
* This is an offshore FPSO project that will be located in Brazil
